[GSF] Killed In Action:

Too fucking long, that we can't be bothered to list them.

Friends List:

Anyone wishing to be listed as a friend of [GSF] on the site must ask our site admin. As of now, PARENA and Garnet .

Approval Rule

Anyone who has been voted out of [GSF] may reapply in due time (ie You have to wait at least 2 weeks to reapply again).

When a forum goer with 200 or more posts (at the Gamespy forums) wants to be part of [GSF], he/she submits their interest in the approval topic. Then [GSF] voting commences, and ends after 2 weeks. If the vote ends after 2 weeks without enough positive votes, he/she can request a new vote 2 weeks after the ended vote, that will go in the same manner. When an initiate is up for voting, [GSF] members have the option of voting one of 3 possible votes:

1. Positive (+)
2. Neutral (n)
3. Negative (-)

Every Negative vote removes a Positive vote. Neutral votes don't count either way, but are counted as the voter being present at vote. (Don't worry, we don't understand it either, but it works...)

After the 2 weeks the votes are counted up. If the positive votes are two thirds of the total votes, the initiate is now part of [GSF] and can add the tag to his/her title. He/she is now considered a "full member" and can vote on initiates.

Note that during the 2 week vote, members are free to change their vote to any of the 3 choices.

Good point... how long has that section been in there? All it clearly shows is that no one here actually reads the first post of the Initiate Approval Threads anymore.

Talking of which: somehow, I feel the list of Inactive Members isn't entirely accurate either. I reckon there a quite few more people who haven't posted in a month but aren't on that list... maybe I'll go check now, having nothing better to do.

Oh, and although he left before I joined, I still know that Archy deserves a huge +... and that's just judging from his recent posts. Good luck to him.

And by the way, my previous comments still stand: I think the list of Inactive Members is wrong... I'm going to go look through the forum Memberlist and see who hasn't posted lately. I'm sure there are many who should be on that list who aren't. Yes, I honestly have nothing better to do than this...

Well, then you should probably make next month's topic.

I don't see the point of the inactive list either, but it's there, sort of a tradition.
