Are we just waiting for the implementation of the new rules now?

I think we were waiting on a Yea or Nay to put it to the vote for implementation. To which I say we've had enough lag time for people to voice concerns over the latest revision and say yes or no... Time to put it to the vote for implementation. Parena - can you hook us up?

<orange>When you now go the
Members Area
, you will see an extra option on the page where you can go vote for the new bylaws. But before they get activated, we should determine when the voting will start and 'til when it will be available. After that, the results will be shown automatically. DURING the vote, no results will be shown, so people don't get influenced too much. When we've determined the start/end of the vote, I'll also put up a message on the homepage. Voting will be in CET, of course, since the server is in that timezone. I put the bylaws zip file on the website as well for people to fetch and read it.
I say we start Saturday, March 19th and the final day will be Monday, April 18th. So 1 month time for everyone to vote.</orange>

A month is far more than sufficient. Let's have at it.

That's a good idea, but it's really too bad. It would have been funny to see the bylaws listed under the initiates page

No problems here. As CoyoteExile said, a month should be more than enough time for everyone to vote... but it's not as if we're in a hurry, I guess. I will be slightly annoyed if, after all the work we've put into them (especially Lord.Nagash), the bylaws get rejected, but that's just the risk we take. But anyone who objects to them has had plenty of time to suggest alterations, so I would expect we shouldn't get
too
many negative votes...

Would've hoped for just two or three weeks of voting, seeing as by the time it finishes it'll take another two weeks to get any new possible members through the voting system (Which would mean we've been waiting two and a half months). But I am a patient man.
