Yeah thats the same.

So unless anyone has any objections I'd like to get started on Tuesday the 29th (thats this Tuesday coming) sometime in the evening, say starting at 7/8/9/10pm or so.

I personally shoot for 8pm GMT, which obviously enough is 9pm in Europe.

Oh, and in case anyone was wondering. I STRONGLY encourage roleplaying in the game, so talk to people and stuff please.

Might I say, I wish I saw this earlier. Though there is ONE good persistant world server, of which I have a level 16 wizard grin . Its an amazing roleplay server, where the DM's listen, talk, and interact with the characters. You dont check a board for a quest, the DM will walk someone up to you and it will just happen. If theres no DM on, just talk to some of the characters, because most are very developed. Its really worth it, and you start at level 2 wink

Its not up right now due to the server runner having internet problems, but as soon as its back up I'll tell you.

Its called Salrun

I wet myself for it.

I'll post a link to the module now. I changed my mind about which module to do as The Sunless Citadel is just too damn popular, so behold the new one.

Shadowlords, part one

REMEMBER TO DOWNLOAD THE MODULE AND THE HAK PAK

The total download is a little over 4MB for the Hak-pak and module. So be warned modem users.

This module is just the first part of 5, so we can play on after we finish this game if it works well. More info on server name etc. tomorrow.

Played, it finished it, played through the entire series and the Dreamcatcher ones and finished those as well. They are nice modules, but I think they favour single player a bit more than multiplayer. But we'll just have to see.

Its designed for multi-player support, so it should be fine.

And could everyone confirm whether they're playing or not?

I know Grudgeal is in but JohnDoe and Pyronus havn't posted in here for a few days. Just making sure.

May be, but I think Penultima is better for that. But it's just me. Anbd yes, I'm playing unless my ISP gets a fit of sadism that particular day.

I'll download the module and stuff, and I'll be there (most probably), but I don't know how NWN plays over internet so I might drop out due to lag or something.

I would rather play on a persistant server, that way, we all can develop out characters individually, and play at any time, rather then having to meet up with someone totally out of your time zone at 3 in the morning to play NVN... I can't, I'll just fall asleep... ain't as strong as I used to be...

Well theres always that one...

But for the sake of actually trying to play a game, and me getting used to the controls of a DM, I thought we'd try this out tonight.

We do however seem to be hitting something of a snag. Namely that unless someone comes forward in the next few hours it'll pretty much be just me and Grudgeal playing, my friend from outside the forums is still an unconfirmed as well.

I should be fine for later on, but if Grudgeals alrady played the module, and he ends up being the only one willing to play... it might sorta defeat the purpose of a multiplayer game.

No matter to me. As long as I get the server and stuff, I don't mind. However it's been a long time since last I played online, so I might get a mite confused on how to reach the game.

The hour draws nigh and still no reply. "Which server shall we go to, and where?" the masses cry, but their cries remain unanswered.

Would you believe my internet stopped working last night?

Well it didn't, so I can't claim that exscuse. I'm a horrible person, I started watching tv around 6 and well... next thing I knew I looked up and it was almost 10.

Whoops.
