This game's website should remind you of Ragnarok Online. It has an interesting class system, two factions (like DAoC but with only 2), and best of all it's FREE... for now.

Head to FilePlanet for the client download. Then register a new account here.

I'll give you initial impressions and the like as soon as the 367.4 MB download it done. I'll be a Tempskron Archer though, that's for damn sure.

Yea, I come in here expecting the coolest story EVAR.

I don't quite like the game, it focuses too much on the "cute" factor.

To the point that when you fight in game, where death is emminent, you still hear soothing jazz music. Like HELLO? I AM DYING HERE! Play some pulse quickening, tempo pushin soundtrack to make it more exciting or somethin.

Then, it's boring. You go out kill, gain a level, kill, gain a level, go back to town and restock, rinse and repeat. The only reason why Diablo/Diablo II can pull this off so well is the atmosphere and the fact that you are battling foul demons, not cute looking creatures that might not even harm you. That's sick. Why would you want to inflict pain and cause death to a cute little creature? PLAY SWG!

Heh, okay, I am totally biased =0p

Alright, the thing has been uninstalled.

One such reason is the fact that you start off with crap for money. This thing is pretty much like Diablo II except for the fact that you have to start off with your bare hands for a few levels until you get the cash to buy an actual bow, AND I WAS AN ARCHER.

Plus, the overt lack of quests and new enemies makes things a little dull. Still, there is no lag like there was in RO, so that's a plus.

If you would like a free asian made MMORPG, you really can't go wrong with Ragnarok Online. Granted, it's cute too, but it is alot more fun then Priston Tale. RO and PT is a good example of how sometimes sprites can look so much better then polygons.

If not, play Gunbound.
