Yes and no. They (Obsidian) seem to be as dedicated to make the game really work as Bioware were. I don't think that it's a making-a-fast-buck thing. Good, because I'd hate if they took a good title and turned it into a pile of steaming manure just to earn money :P I'd have to hurt someone if they do. NWN 1 was way too good to deserve a lousy sequel, that's for sure!

But, as far as I've seen from NWN2 it's wonderful!

I dunno. I really don't mind playing at 800x600 with shadows turned off. It reminds me of the good old Baldurs Gate II days. I know that the game actually performs ok (15-30 fps) when running on Windows XP, but I'm currently using Vista (don't ask) and NVidia's drivers are simply horrible at the moment. It even runs on my old machine, which is barely making the minimun reqs. (Did anyone think I could wait until my new comuter arrives? Think again )

I'll need to replay it atelast a couple of times just to see how the story and dialogue changes between alignments, races and classes. And I need to examine the toolset of course, really close.
