	Ok, I've been chilling at GSF behind your backs... Hey stop throwing shit I swear We never did anything! Anyway I noticed that their guild has taken to adopting Noobs and I realised maybe we could do that too so as to encourage a bigger better forum. So here are the rules I suggest. 1)Guild Members and possibly Posters with over a year under their belt who havn't spammed (This would exclude a few morons with large post-counts if you get my drift) Could adopt one Noob at a time. 2)Any Noob who has posted between 10 and 500 posts can apply for adoption. 3)Adoption basically means talking with your noob and making sure you follow their posts and tell them when they are out of line. 4)Noobs can be invited to a special monthly event we could start (Basically an extra Meeting) 5)If your Noob is too much trouble you can drop them and tell them to straighten up Well that's all I have for now. -----signature----- --------------------------------- Feel Free to Print and Shred The Real BP(I'm broadening my horizons)

	It's great that you guys are looking out for the newbies and all - but be careful you don't go too far into the 'parent zone' Does it need to be as official as you're making it? It'd be nice if all the regulars/veterans just helped out the newbies as a matter of course - nudging them (privately as a matter of preference) when they go wrong.
