I frown on the school systems these days. Didn't even teach this young lad the finer points of forcing yourself on some one. At this point I don't think a book will help you, you must live rape not read about it.

Following that logic, if the surprise sex isn't a surprise, it therefore doesn't count as surprise sex at all, and ultimately no sexual act has occurred.
