Silver lining

I've not been about much lately, mainly due to the fact that my husband has been very ill. He spent over five weeks in hospital, and it took them three weeks to find out what was the matter with him. (Limbic encephalopathy - apparently very rare.)
One of the effects of this is random loss of memory; he can remember certain things but not others. Anyway, here comes the good bit......he can't remember games! He's played two so far, Max Payne and a Thief one, both of which he's played a few times before, and has no recollection of having played them before. He's not tried Deus Ex yet, and we aren't that confident about that one, but it would almost be worth being ill for to play that again from scratch.
Just thought I'd share.

I wish him well.
That's interesting, to forget playing games. I'd love to play Super Mario Brothers 3 again for the first time.

I would love to play Bioshock for the first time, over and over again. On a serious note, I wish your husband well. Five weeks in a hospital sounds like a nightmare.

I've finally changed my signature.
