Well, I was going to post in "Got something to say?", but I don't think new topics can do much harm at the moment.

So excited, new puppy coming on Wednesday happy He is a Border Collie, four months old, described as "lively". No pics at the minute, but as I'm sure you are all by now as keen to see some as I am, I shall pander to you quite unselfishly, and post some soon.

I am sure he will squeeze in somewhere between my bad tempered orange cat, and my lovely old (well ish, nearly 10) collie/lab X.

So, what pets do you have?

We have a little orange cat that just loved to bite and scratch. He can be so cute, but such a nuisance...

Must be something with orange cats! I read all the clichés about ginger cats, and mine just fits every time. He is adorable with people, it's just other animals he hates. He attacks everything non human he meets. To the death. With people he is angelic.

Edit to wonder where the heck my picture went?

My oldest daughter is begging for a Shih Tsu or a King Charles Spaniel... I'll probably end up liking it but for now, I'd rather spend the money on a couple of DSis.

I have a cockatiel. I tried to take his picture this morning, but he ducked me. I'll be camping out outside his cage tonight. The things I do for you guys.

My fiance and I have been wanting a dog for a long time but lived in an apartment before where we couldn't have pets. Now we live in a house, but our work and school schedules keep us away from home most days until around 7pm, and I'd feel guilty getting a dog if he or she had to sit in a cage for 3/4 of the day every weekday, so we're waiting till our schedules have us home a bit more before making a purchase. Although we already know we want to get a daschund. My fiance already has a name picked out, "Shultze".

My parents had an awesome little dog named Boomer up until a couple months ago, when he died of a nasty cancerous tumor in his neck. They had him for many years and I used to call him my "vicarious dog fix" because I would play with him all the time when I went home to visit my folks.

I have a feeling my fiance is planning on taking a light class load next semester specifically so she can be home more so that we can finally get a dog.

I wish there was a puppy that was described as "sedentary, not a people person and does not appreciate long walks".

I'm afraid you have mistaken us for someone else. I'm Dimwit, this is my good friend Boob, and behind me you'll find Brainless and Moron. How do you do?

I used have Budgies AGES ago but currently have nothing.

Mainly because pets annoy me.

Got pictures! I hope this works.

Oh. I'll try that again...

Hurray! That is Jake.

This is Simon, the one I have already, who looks remarkably similar. I love this picture.

Border Collies always seemed to me like very clever dogs.
The second picture is very nice.

I have a Siberian Husky, male, 10 years old since last February. Overweight.

I have 2 dogs, one big happy yellow lab, and one small kinda dumb black and white cockapoo.

I also have a gecko that is determined to live forever. We got it from a crappy family like 9 years ago, and my mom has doted on it ever since. At first she was a little creeped out, but then she started to like how low maintenance it was, and started talking to it the couple times she cleaned my room. Now she loves it.
