Some of you have already seen these but I figured I may was well throw them up here. The first one is not my character, merely me toying with more detailed celshading. The second is a comic about my new years eve.

Just got an art tablet and have been playing around with it, more to come happy



Taking awhile to get used to it, but each sketch turns out better.

First huge assignment at college, basically had to design our own graphic novel. 6 pages + cover page. Individual style. Getting marked on artistic skill, layout,design sence, photoshop skill etc (not marked on story at all, hence my use of some Flintlock in the last frame grin )

All 2d work was drawn with pencil, overlined with a Rotring pen, lines cleaned. Then scanned in and coloured in PS with a graphics tablet.

Some of the 2d texturing was done using photographic overlays, (look for the leaf in the ships sails).

Most of the 3d captured in Everquest2 then heavily edited/fotochoped to my needs.









And a quicky, learning the SoftImage|XSI package atm by modeling a high poly robot model, currently have one leg in a somewhat complete stage... a fair bit to go on this one for sure...:
