Ninja Gaiden

Prince of Persia

and despite the bad reviews

Kung Fu Chaos is an awesome party game rental

Now all you need to do is get a decent mod chip.. chip it and rip out that 10 gig HD and stick like an 80 gig one in there.. pre pack it with decent games and your all set.. get some linux and some homebrew apps running on there.

I just got Full Spectrum Warrior, and it's...unique. I don't really know how to evaluate it, and right now I can't make a fair statement because I'm pissed (my teams just got decimated by snipers before I got back on the pc). It is, however, very awesome to successfully flank a group of enemies.

Fight Night 2004 is good as well. The only problem I've had is that sometimes it can be difficult to throw right hands w/Total Punch Control because of the positioning of the right analog stick to your right hand.

Jet Set Radio Future is cheap now, and a pretty awesome game. Not as good as the first one, but still fun.

Okay the deal with the black ninjas is okay use the dragon sword block & roll and watch for those flaming shurkiens. The Nunchaku just don't do enough damage for much of anything save for one enemy later in the game.

For the system in General
All the games Craven Mentioned are good

If you get x-box Live Crimson Skies is gonna be bundled with it shortly. I'd pick those two up together--and the multiplayer mode in Crimson Skies is fabulous.

Any Tom Clancy Title-Ghost Recon, Splinter cell Series or Rainbow Six 3 are really awesome online or off.

OK I'm the resident Bargin Bin hunter it seems, so if you are looking for some fun inexpensive games, here is my list of $30 and under ones that were enjoyable. Most are listing preplayed prices from EBGames.com.

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance $19.99
Buffy The Vampire Slayer $14.99
Enclave $8.99 **NOTE** A lot of reviews gave this one a hard time...I thought they were full of shit. It can be a very challenging game to finish without cheating but it is not nearly as "impossible" as many reviewers claimed. Definitely worth the sub $10 price.
Fatal Frame $26.99 One of the best survival horror games ever made.
Morrowind GOTYE $19.99
Panzer Dragoon Orta $17.99 Also includes Panzer Dragoon 1 for the saturn as an unlockable.
The House of The Dead 3 $17.99 Fun lightgun game that also includes HotD 2 as an unlockable. (Notice a trend with Sega?)
Rainbow 6 3 29.95

I hope these give you a few ideas for some cheaper games to grab that you may have missed out on.
