Heh... I remember finishing the Belgarion series in about two months in high-school and then starting a series about some washed up knight... It got a bit repetitive and I stopped it right there.
Should I pick him up again?

The Elenium is very similar in theme to The Belgariad, but the Tamuli differs quite a bit more. Pick up Redemption of Althalus, and if you like that, try The Dreamers.
