I've been thinking for a while to get a chinese dragon. It's tail wrapped around my arm, and it draped over my shoulder, one claw holding onto a pec. Out of my head. God damn it. I've been wanting to do almost exactly that for about 10 years now. Also want to get my wife's zodiac (the scales) with mine on one plate, and the kids' on the other. As for piercing, left ear and left nip. Ooh. Okay now it's even more freaky... I used to have my left ear pierced, and I still have my left nip pierced...

I used to have my eyebrow and labret pierced, but got sick of them years ago...so now I have tattoos!
Pepper on my right shoulder. It's perfectly Pepper too, not just any schnauzer.
Bass clef on my right shoulder blade, treble on my left.
W.A.S.D. Keys on my left forearm. Closer to my elbow pit as they're actual size and I have skinny arms.
I heart tattoos in the face. Getting a backpiece for Christmas. Hubby used to be a tattoo artist and now he does friends and family occassionally and no one else is allowed a tattoo until I get my fucking back piece!
