Everybody knows that when you lose sight of people you've only ever met online, it's impossible to ever get back in touch.

I guess we're not everybody. Proving common knowledge wrong is fun :D

I dunno, that might still be correct. But as a group, I would argue that the very description doesn't apply to us, because so many of us have met in real life.

Let's see...

I know that Holliday has met Moz, Pyronus, JohnDoe and me - plus others who I can't remember off the top of my head right now. Was [P]aradox in that list?

JohnDoe, Chiquita and I have all met each other are various times and places.

Taco, Coyote and Fett have met, plus of course Noq and Management. Gazhel and Fin, Fin and Bob2000.

I've also met Taco, plus Fin and Sheps. And I'm hoping to meet a few more folks before my time here in Europe is done!

And then there's you and JohnDoe, plus all the other people who have been at Campzone together. I believe Nothing went along once.

So, no, I don't think we are everybody. Not at all

Man, GameSpy had really nailed the community-thing back in the early 2000s. People don't start meeting up when a forum's just a random place to troll and spam.

In addition, Sheps and Cereal SPAMarai all met up at LaTrobe Uni on open day. Git yur faiks rreit. Spoottle wanted to come but his mummy wouldn't let him. Apparently I was too tough and scary looking for his mum. Pitty.
