I am absolutely convinced that most people who are complaining about potential connection issues will never, ever face these issues in reality.

That said, it is indeed very true that not every country has internet connections as reliable as ours. It does seem quite bizarre to restrict those areas.

Most likely it will become a non-issue once it's been released for a few years, but that means jack shit to the people worried about it today.
