Christmas Adam - going over in-laws house to score presents

Christmas Eve - exchanging gifts with my family

Christmas - Not a damn thing, actually. Wifey works til late and then we're off to the airport. From there we'll be spending two weeks in a Central American paradise. :veryhappy:

The airing of grievances? Sounds like Festivus.

Depending on the levels of alcohol involved, there may be feats of strength as well.

BioWare xmas party this friday. First time going where I don't have to work the next day...and can't drink. Next year I'll have to get double drunk.

Lots of photos please Chiquita. While you're there, please steal secret EA documents and leak me the current build of DA3.

No problem! NDA's don't mean forever, right?

Grrr I don't even use Facebook anymore and I still went to find a "Like" button by default...

[EDIT] I thought I was annoyed at my muscle memory, but I guess I was annoyed that I couldn't show my approval with a thumbs up. The pain stopped once I updated the post icon.

For all the IGN-hating I do, their forum software is pretty slick, being able to do the Likes and the @Username alerts. I wonder if it's proprietary or if someone else makes it.

I don't have any problem with IGN. Good reviews and I've always found their forums in tip-top shape.

My parents are off at their Christmas Eve candle light service so hubby and I are watching Monty Python movies. New tradition? I think so.

My parents are out for tonight and tomorrow, as is my brother, so I am home alone, bored...

OK, just got back from Cologne earlier this evening.

That cathedral is freakin' huge. I went to it's midnight mass, which was interesting, as I've never been to a Catholic service before. Didn't really understand a word, but the music and the atmosphere was pretty amazing.

Also, goose is delicious.

Sunny Muffins got me another Risk game this year. Risk Godstorm (or something like that). It was a lot of fun. I kicke ass. It's quite similar to Space Risk (2210) as its made by the same peeps, but more balanced. Can't wait to play with our board game friends instead of my parents who can be rather infuriating.

Last year he got me Space Risk ("it's sea-MAN") and Risk Legacy. Legacy kicked all kinds of ass.
