Hangar 24 Orange Wheat is my favorite of late. It's nice to support a local business, and a delicious one at that.

However, I love to try new beers. How can I procure one of these GSF homebrews? I'll send paypal money for the shipping and such. I'm genuinely interested, pls reply!

A good friend and I are in a golden age of brewing. We have a good amount of burners, mash tuns and big brew kettles with built in thermometers and exit valves. We added a wooden collar around a top-open chest freezer to extends its height and allow 2 taps to stick out, painted the collar with chalkboard paint and now we can have 2 on tap and labeled at any given time.

I think there is a good 10 beers of varying styles available in either bottle or keg form. I will try and get some pics up soon.

I'd love to evolve my operation to something like this. At the moment I brew with a bunch of mates using a combination of kegs and bottles. We have the volume but lack the nicer touches such as fridge-mounted taps when it comes to serving the brews.

On-topic: The last brew I put together was a very nice Australian Bitter. Went down a treat recently at a summer BBQ.

I keep drinking. The theme now is winter/christmas brews.

You know there's something wrong with this thread, right? It doesn't have Pusto/Clam/whatever his name is these days in it...

Place downtown is having a Belgian beerfest all weekend. Might have to go down and get me some alcohol poisoning.

Not beer. Don't care. This is pretty much all I drink besides a good cider on tap. Feed me a good port any day of the week.

Good thing about this port in Australia is that its not all that popular, that and also port. Put together, I'm a cheap drink. Bwha.

Agreed on all counts.

Best port I ever had was at a restaurant in Melbourne. Can't for the life of me remember what it was though, aside from awesome.

Best port I've ever had (again, have NO clue what it was) was on the Tram Car Restaurant bunched in with the asian tourists. I was literally the only white guy in the carriage. For about 3 hours, it literally felt I was overseas on vacation while drinking the best port on the planet.

For the clueless: BAM!
